Loy Kenneth Moreno is a performing arts graduate of West Covina High School from the class of 2018. After graduating, Loy had the opportunity to work at Power 106 FM and be an on-air personality. Furthermore, Mr. Moreno is currently working on his own album as well as his own podcasting series.
